Mr. B.L. Nagendra Prasad is a visionary second-generation entrepreneur, philanthropist, and civic leader with over 30 years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, and community development. As the Managing Director of Skytop Builders Pvt. Ltd., he has led the execution of over 100 residential layouts, delivering more than 85,000 housing sites across Bangalore and Mysore.
With landmark projects like ITI Layout, BEML Rajarajeshwarinagar, NGEF Layout, MICO Layout, and Sahakaranagar, Mr. Prasad has played a key role in shaping Karnataka’s urban expansion. His dedication to quality, transparency, and long-term planning defines Skytop’s legacy in plotted development.
