Mr. B.L. Nagendra Prasad is a visionary second-generation entrepreneur, philanthropist, and civic leader with over 30 years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, and community development. As the Managing Director of Skytop Builders Pvt. Ltd., he has led the execution of over 100 residential layouts, delivering more than 85,000 housing sites across Bangalore and Mysore.
